All agencies must turn in a monthly report by the 5th of each month with the
preceding month's figures.
Soup kitchens, shelters, day cares, group homes and community centers must indicate
the total number of meals and/or snacks served.
In addition, agencies will report what percentage of the total food distributed
is provided by Loaves & Fishes.
