All agencies must turn in a monthly report by the 5th of each month with the
preceding month's figures.
Food pantries and housing complexes must indicate the total number of boxes and/or
bags provided and the total number of people provided for by a single box or bag.
In addition, agencies will report what percentage of the total food distributed
is provided by Loaves & Fishes.
